Invitation & Participation Letters: If you need an invitation letter confirming your participation at the 2025 ÂÌñÒùÆÞ Annual Meeting, please contact Moni Islam, info@asor.org.Ìý
Entry & Visa Requirements: All international attendees must pass through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).ÌýDepending on your country of origin, you may need one or more of the following:Ìý
- A valid visa (most often B-1 for conference travel)
- An ESTA approval if you’re from a country
- An e-Passport (with chip) if using ESTA
- Proof of travel purpose and duration (see invitation letter above)
